Video Requirements
To maintain consistency across the platform, we have a few key guidelines for videos in both the Educational and Mini TUGS sections. Our goal is to keep the process simple.
Record Horizontally: If you're using a cell phone to record, turn it sideways to ensure the video fills a computer screen.
Prioritize Sound Quality: Clear audio at a good volume is essential—viewers won’t engage with a video if they can’t hear it properly.
Fill the Frame: If you're filming yourself, make sure you’re close enough to fill the screen. Avoid recording from too far away.
Educate, Don’t Sell: Focus on sharing valuable information rather than promoting a product or service. Establishing yourself as a trusted resource will keep viewers engaged.
File Formats: MOV, MP4, and other common video formats are accepted.
If you’d prefer professional assistance, we can refer you to a video production expert.
