Cancellation

While we hate to see anyone go, we understand that there are times when a subscription needs to be canceled. Even though we hate to see you go, we want to make the process simple. All you need to do is change your membership level to CANCEL. That is it. There is no one you need to call or anything else you need to do. You can always reinstate your membership by logging back on and changing your membership level to any current level. It is that easy.

Just click on SELECT MEMBERSHIP under your profile and make the changes desired. Here you can upgrade or downgrade or just go back to a basic member. You are in control.

Because you are in control of the process and can cancel anytime, there are no refunds for time not used.
